Molecule Cloud

The tool requires as the input list of molecules encoded as SMILES, one molecule per line. No other items should be included in the line with the exception of optional color code supplied as the hex string (like #ffaa00). This color will be used then as a molecule background. These 2 items must by tab separated. You should prepare the data using scripting or your favorite text editor and paste it to the web page text area. Check also that the data does not contain any spaces, commas or semicolons.

Using the layout menu you can choose the format of the generated image - landscape (900 x 700), portrait (700 x 900) or square (800 x 800). Another option is the background molecule coloring - if the color is not supplied within the data this may be based on the element composition of the molecule or the random pastel color.

The number of molecules submitted must be between 20 (the Molecule Cloud for less molecules does not look very nice) and 150. This upper limit is introduced to save computer resources also for other users.
